COMPANY HISTORY

Our company was founded in 2004 – originally under the name Valet Solutions – to offer businesses a new brand of user-friendly, customer-focused service. As the company grew, it began to focus on healthcare hospitality, expanding its services (although valet parking has remained our specialty) and changing its name to Ambassadors Plus.

Our owner, Michelle Leggett, oversees the mission of providing seamless, customized services to clients primarily within the healthcare hospitality industry.

The Ambassadors Plus client list is small but distinguished by design. We only partner with hospitals which demonstrate a commitment to the same caliber of quality, patient-focused hospitality we believe in so strongly. Plus, our elite client base enables us to remain completely accessible, responsive and hands-on.
